Aristotele is the first and largest real estate fund in Italy targeting a social responsible strategy mainly through investments in buildings used by universities and scientific research institutes.
The Fund has an investment plan of € 630 mln all over the country and, until now, has made 15 investments (among which the 1,500 beds Tor Vergata University student house in Rome and IEO Day Center in Milan).
The only unit holder of the Fund is INPS, Istituto di Nazionale di Previdenza Sociale, the main public first pillar pension fund in Italy.
